The Mercedes Instrument Clusters found in the E-Class W210 1995-2002 and the CLK W208 1997-2003 suffer from pixel problems on the LCD’s. Usually it is the two LCD’s found on either side of the instrument cluster that fail.

What Causes These Issues ?

The pixel issues found in these clusters is caused by badly designed ribbon cables connecting the PCB and the LCD.
