What Our Customers Think

Excellent service at a reasonable and affordable price. My instrument cluster was repaired within three days and came complete with a two year guarantee. These guys tick all the boxes, Professional, knowledgeable, Helpful and much more. I was very fortunate to come across Electrotech whilst searching google looking for the reason why my dashboard lights kept going out. They had glowing reviews and now I can see why. I was dreading having to go to a ford main dealer and pay their elevated prices. Thank you Lee and Chris you have done me proud!
Collected , repaired and returned the instrument cluster from my merc cl500 . Excellent service , no fuss . Highly recommend .

Outstanding service, came out to my place of work to remove my faulty instrument cluster board, took it away, repaired & refitted. Recommend 100%, well impressed!
Highly recommended. Had an intermittent "engine malfunction" message on the instrument cluster causing the engine to cut out while driving (since found out this is a known issue with Ford Focus/C-Max of a certain vintage - late 2000's, early 2010's). This baffled a couple of local garages. Local Ford dealership diagnosed the problem but quoted £1k to replace. Found these guys on the internet, they picked up the instrument cluster, repaired, returned and fitted it in 3 days for a fifth of the price. 4 months and 3k miles later, the car is working fine.
